Hypoallergenic Products and Safety

I use both standard nail polishes (Essie, OPI etc) and HW Nail Systems® Hypogel polish.

I use HW Nail Systems® as my gel polish brand as it was formulated with allergies in mind by Hayley Winder, a nail technician of 23 years experience after she developed allergies to gel polish.

HW Nail Systems® Hypogel polish is hypoallergenic, cruelty free and vegan . It is a gentle system for clients with sensitivities.

HypoGEL® Gel Polishes and Builder Gels (the equivalent of BIAB) do not contain HEMA, IBOA or HPMA* which are the three compounds found in traditional gel polishes where overexposure and incorrect application contributes to long term allergies.  They also do not contain TPO.

HW Nail Systems®  polish is a UK brand and made in the EU/USA to EU/UK/USA standards and is independently tested for quality, giving you the safest possible gel polish service and is only available to qualified professionals.

Hypoallergenic doesn’t mean that a product can never cause an allergy but that the likelihood of an allergic reaction is greatly reduced.  I am happy to share Safety Data Sheets of all products on request.
